On a contractual basis, Michael M. Sinclair & Associates can provide qualified and experienced M.S.W.-level consultants to provide clinical supervision services to facility social work staff meeting professional licensing requirements. Flexible scheduling arrangements can be designed to accommodate the facility's specific needs.

 

 

CONSULTATION SERVICES

Michael M. Sinclair & Associates can provides direct social service consultation services to social work staff within community based agencies in order to satisfy applicable regulations. On a contractual basis, Michael M. Sinclair & Associates . provides experienced professional M.S.W.-level staff to meet this requirement. As an added value, facilities under contract for consulting services are able to select and schedule staff training programs for their staff at no additional cost.

 

 

STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

This service provides a training needs assessment and training workshops around specified needs(and upon request will include interactive activities). The assessment are typically completed in one day by 2 highly trained and experienced staff from Michael Sinclair & Associates, the team will review the data collected and analyze the needs and generate a report that identify your staff’s specific training needs . This report will also recommend corrective measures may be implemented beforehand and effective training formats, tools needed, and evidenced based practice . Using a pre-assessment tools covering more than 20 areas of concern, client specific and facility-wide recommendations for action planning are made. Clinical areas reviewed include: The short turnaround time on this report ( 2 weeks) enables the facility to address issues in a timely & effectively manner. Similarly, the ‘satisfaction survey’ conducted with the agency staff on the date of workshop, facilitates the immediate implementation of corrective action plans. Extended supportive consultation services can also be arranged on an as needed basis subsequent to maintain and support agency wide changes.
